AP Accounting’s bookkeeping services are fully comprehensive and can be tailored to the clients needs and can vary in involvement from basic bookkeeping and statutory submissions to monthly reconciliation of creditors and debtor payment follow ups. We aim to keep our clients financial information accurate and up to date.

AP Accounting provides both company secretarial services and through its accounting department statutory compliance with CIPC, SARS and other statutory bodies including but not limited to The department of labour and the companies relevant Seta if applicable. We provide a comprehensive and accurate solution and can include ensuring your company remains registered, we can also provide credit and judgement checks if necessary. 

AP accounting provides its service on a number of accounting and payroll platforms, however it’s preference is Odoo as it is a cloud based solution allowing both the accounting provider and client to access their information at anytime. This allows for accurate capturing and higher levels of transparency between accounting departments and the management teams.

The reason we chose Odoo over Pastel is that it provides a more comprehensive and scalable solution as our clients companies expand. The system is charged for, however it follows the SAAS model and therefore there is no upfront costs as long as no bespoke changes are necessary. Our standard entry level product comes with the following functionality.

AP Accounting prepares management accounts for our clients monthly. Our aim is to complete all reporting by the 10th of the following month. This allows us to evaluate the companies financial performance for the period. We also use various models to educate management and analyse the company performance to highlight any areas that could improve the financial outcome of operations.
